While we’re not specialised exercise practitioners, we can help participants develop simple fitness or wellbeing programs that reflect their goals and interests — whether that means joining a local gym, walking in the community, or building strength and routine at home.

Supports include:

  • Help to create and maintain personal exercise routines

  • Attending gyms, classes, or outdoor activities with support
