    Co-Director / Support Worker / Occupational Therapy Student

    Confident, positive and always ready for a challenge, Ben brings a calm and collected energy to the team. Since starting in disability support in 2023, he’s loved seeing the difference his work makes for participants and their families.

    As Co-Director, Ben combines hands-on experience with a passion for creating meaningful opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, keeping fit and listening to music. A proud middle child and Hawthorn fan, Ben’s usually watching a game or his favourite movie, Good Will Hunting.

  • Jackson

    Co-Director / Support Worker

    Empathetic and patient, Jackson founded Nuable in 2023 with a vision to create a service built on connection and growth. With over ten years of experience in disability support, he brings leadership and purpose to the team.

    Combining his passion for helping others, he thrives on meaningful connections and active days outdoors. Away from work, Jackson enjoys playing golf, watching the Brisbane Lions, and travelling. A proud dog dad to Murphy, he lives by the motto: “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”

  • Sienna

    Support Worker / Criminology & Psychological Science Student

    Bubbly, confident and always up for a laugh, Sienna brings warmth and positivity to every shift. She joined Nuable in 2024 with a passion for helping others reach their potential and finding joy in each step of the journey.

    Outside of work, she studies Criminology and Psychological Science and works casually as a Learning Support Aide. Sienna loves playing football, socialising with friends and cheering on her beloved Collingwood. Her easy-going nature and genuine care make her a favourite among participants.

    Her motto: “You only live once!”

  • Jett

    Support Worker / Computer Science Student

    Empathetic, friendly and always up for a chat, Jett brings an easy-going energy to every shift. He’s been with Nuable for over a year and a half and loves helping people reach their goals.

    Jett enjoys days all about connection — going for walks, drives or joining in on activities that bring people together. Outside of work, he studies Computer Science and supports a student at a local high school.

    A Collingwood and NBA fan, Jett loves golf, footy and catching the sunset.

  • Alexia

    Support Worker / Psychology Student

    Calm, caring and organised, Alexia takes a thoughtful approach to her work. Studying Psychology, she’s passionate about understanding behaviour and supporting people to express their interests and strengths.

    Alexia enjoys being part of participants’ worlds — whether it’s shooting hoops, exploring favourite shops or trying something new. Outside of Nuable, she works as a Learning Support Officer and enjoys Pilates, baking, and discovering new restaurants.

    Originally from regional Victoria, Alexia now calls Melbourne home and brings warmth, empathy and curiosity to every interaction.

  • Ryan

    Support Worker / Occupational Therapy Student

    Respectful, caring and easy-going, Ryan brings a positive and genuine approach to his work. Studying Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University, he’s passionate about helping others and gaining real-world experience in allied health.

    Ryan enjoys active, engaging days — getting outdoors, playing sport or trying something new. Outside of work, he loves football, golf and spending time with friends.

    Known for his sense of humour (and his dislike of Ferris Wheels), Ryan lives by the motto: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

  • Emily

    Support Worker / Psychology (Honours) Graduate

    Emily brings a relaxed, fun, and open-minded attitude to everything she does. With a degree in Psychology (Honours), she’s passionate about understanding what makes people unique and helping others build confidence and achieve their personal goals.

    Her calm, adaptable nature makes her a great fit for a wide range of supports — from community outings to everyday activities, Emily is always focused on making participants feel comfortable and valued.

    Outside of work, Emily enjoys footy, travelling, running, and catching a sunrise. A proud Harry Potter nerd who lives by the motto: “It’s a good day to have a good day.”

  • Giada

    Support Worker / Occupational Therapy Student

    Giada brings a warm and compassionate energy to her role, with a genuine drive to make a difference in people’s lives. Currently studying Occupational Therapy, she’s passionate about helping others build independence and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

    She enjoys days filled with connection — whether it’s going for a drive, spending time at the beach, or simply sharing a good chat and a laugh.

    Outside of work, Giada loves journalling, socialising with friends, and watching Collingwood play. She’s fluent in Italian and lives by the motto: “All good things happen in time.”

  • Alyssa

    Support Worker / Registered Nurse

    Fun, enthusiastic and energetic, Alyssa brings confidence and care to every shift. With experience as both a Registered Nurse and Support Worker, she’s passionate about helping people and making every day brighter — always with her signature “Slay” attitude.

    Alyssa enjoys getting out with participants — whether it’s walking, exploring the community, or enjoying a day out together. Outside of work, she loves exercising, cooking and trying new restaurants.

    Known for her light-hearted spirit (and her ability to recite The Cat in the Hat), Alyssa always brings positivity and fun.

  • Yuvraj

    Support Worker

    With a background in both customer service and support roles, Raj has developed strong skills in building trust and understanding the needs of others. He is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where people feel valued and respected, while also encouraging independence and self-confidence. Reliable and approachable, he brings a person-centred approach to every shift.

  • Carla

    Support Worker / Registered Teacher

    With a background in primary school education, Carla brings years of teaching expertise to Nuable. Committed to personalised support, she plays a pivotal role in creating enriching educational experiences, in addition to general support, for our participants.

  • Lucas

    Support Worker

    Easy-going and positive, Lucas brings a relaxed but reliable energy to the team. As one of Nuable’s earliest members, he’s known for his approachable nature and ability to make each day enjoyable.

    Lucas enjoys being active with participants — whether it’s heading outdoors, playing sport or going for a drive. Outside of work, he studies Building and Construction, works in residential construction, and produces music in his spare time.
